Accepted Payment Methods

  • *Direct Bank Transfer:* Preferred for all customers, larger orders, wholesale buyers, and B2B transactions. Bank account details will be provided after order review and confirmation.

Payment Process

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and verification.
  • ⁠For bank transfers, customers must include their order number in the transfer reference and confirm payment via email or WhatsApp to expedite order processing.

Currency and Conversion

  • Payments are primarily accepted in INR (₹). International buyers may pay in USD, AED, or other major currencies based on current exchange rates; any conversion fees are borne by the customer.

Invoice and Documentation

  • All successful payments trigger an email invoice and SMS confirmation, complete with order details and transaction reference numbers.
  • Official documentation provided for all wholesale/B2B transactions as required.

Advance Payment and Instalments

  • Custom jewellery orders and large-value diamond purchases (above ₹10 lakhs) require a 50% advance. The balance is due before shipment.
  • ⁠Instalment payment options for recurring business clients, subject to approval.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • Eligible diamond orders qualify for refunds as per the return policy, excluding any banking or admin fees.
  • Custom jewellery orders are non-refundable after production begins except in case of certification failure or quality issues.

Security and Prevention 

  • All payment methods are protected by advanced encryption and anti-fraud systems.
  • Suspicious or high-value orders may require additional verification, such as PAN, Aadhaar, or passport.
  • ⁠The company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that fails internal verification checks.

Payment Disputes

  • All payment queries, disputes, or chargebacks must be reported within 7 days.
  • Dedicated support team for quick resolution.
