Purchase, Exchange & Buyback Policy
At Soulique, every diamond is a unique natural creation. Each stone is carefully selected and secured once an order is placed. Due to the unique nature of natural diamonds, all purchases are considered final sale once an order has been confirmed.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the selected diamond is secured and prepared for delivery specifically for your order. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or returned after confirmation. 100% of the payment is needed for the confirmation of an order.
Quality Assurance
Every diamond offered by Soulique is independently certified (GIA / IGI) and undergoes verification prior to shipment to ensure that it matches its certification and specifications.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through secure and fully insured logistics partners. Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Exceptional Circumstances:
If an item arrives damaged during transit or is found to materially differ from its certification, customers must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. After review and verification, Soulique will resolve the issue appropriately.
Exchange Policy
While purchases are considered final sale, Soulique may allow limited exchanges for select loose diamonds under the following conditions.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The diamond must remain in original, unused condition with its original certification and documentation.
• The replacement diamond must be equal or higher in value than the original purchase.
• Exchange requests are subject to Soulique review and approval.
Soulique reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the returned diamond does not meet the above conditions.
Buyback Policy
Soulique may offer a limited buyback option for certain diamonds under the following conditions.
Eligibility
Select loose diamonds may be considered for buyback within 6 months from the original purchase date, provided the diamond remains in original, unaltered condition and is accompanied by its original certificate and invoice.
Market-Based Valuation
The buyback value will be determined based on prevailing wholesale diamond market conditions at the time of the request.
Please note that prices listed on the Soulique website cannot be used as a reference for buyback valuation, as retail listings include sourcing, operational, and platform costs.
Buyback pricing will be based on current trade market value and liquidity for the specific diamond.
Evaluation Process
Diamonds submitted for buyback will undergo:
• Certification verification
• Condition inspection
• Market valuation review
Soulique reserves the right to decline buyback requests depending on market demand and trading conditions.
Diamond Upgrade Program
Customers may choose to upgrade their diamond within 6 months of purchase.
Under this program:
• 100% of the original purchase value may be applied toward another diamond.
• The new diamond must be at least 50% higher in value than the original purchase.
• The original diamond must be returned with its certificate and documentation.
Important Conditions
• Diamonds must remain untouched and unmodified.
• The original certification must be returned for any exchange, upgrade, or buyback consideration.
• All requests are subject to Soulique verification and approval.
• Soulique reserves the right to adjust valuations based on market conditions and diamond characteristics.
Buybacks or Upgrades cannot be done without the availability of the certificate of the diamond.

General Terms
- Items returned, exchanged, or bought back must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Any discrepancies in certification or authenticity void the policy and the item will be returned to the customer.
- Shipping fees, insurance costs, and taxes incurred during the return/exchange/buyback process are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality or shipment error.
