Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across India, including metro cities and remote locations.
  • International Shipping: Select destinations worldwide; shipping rates and regulations vary by country. All shipments comply with export and import laws of the respective countries.

Shipping Methods

  • All diamonds and jewellery are shipped via reputed courier partners specializing in high-value consignments (e.g. Blue Dart, FedEx, Sequel Logistics).
  • Each shipment is insured for its full invoice value.
  • Dedicated tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Complimentary shipping for prepaid orders above ₹50,000. For orders below, a nominal fee of ₹500 applies.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees vary by destination and order value, calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

  • Items are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging, with no external indication of valuable contents. Multiple layers of cushioning and sealed containers are used for loose diamonds and jewellery.
  • An authentication certificate and invoice are included inside the package.

Processing Times

  • Orders for loose diamonds usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom jewellery takes 7-10 business days for production and quality checks before dispatch.
  • Processing times may vary during peak season or holidays.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic shipping: 2-5 working days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: 4-12 working days, subject to customs clearance and local logistics.

Insurance and Risk Coverage

  • All shipped items are fully insured until delivery is confirmed by the recipient.
